Meet Dr. Abigail Hydock

I'm Dr. Abigail Hydock, a chiropractor dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their highest level of health through personalized, holistic care. I believe that when the body is functioning at its best, it has an incredible ability to heal, adapt, and thrive.

My passion is caring for pregnant women, infants, children, and active individuals who want to stay healthy and continue doing what they love. Whether you're preparing for birth, recovering after delivery, dealing with everyday aches and pains, or striving to perform your best, my goal is to help you move better, feel better, and live life to the fullest.

I take a whole-person approach to healthcare, looking beyond symptoms to identify the underlying causes of dysfunction. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs and may include chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, soft tissue therapies, movement recommendations, and lifestyle guidance to support lasting wellness.

I have advanced training in prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care, including the Webster Technique, and I am committed to providing gentle, evidence-informed care for every stage of life. I strive to create a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered to take an active role in their health.

When I'm not in the office, you'll often find me enjoying Colorado's incredible outdoors. I love hiking, skiing, running, and exploring new places—experiences that continually remind me how important it is to have a body that moves well and allows you to fully enjoy life.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward better health and helping you build a foundation for lifelong wellness.

SOT® stands for Sacro Occipital Technic®. It is a unique combination of Chiropractic and Osteopathy that employs low force manual therapies and indicator systems that direct the doctor to the areas of imbalance through a network of neurological indicators. SOT® treatments function to balance the sacrum with the cranium and while doing so treating the entire body.  With SOT® we focus on cranial therapy, organ balancing and extremity balancing. We utilize pelvic blocking treatments to optimize function of the pelvis, spine and cranium. By balancing your entire body, you create optimal function of all of your body systems. The best part about SOT® methods from a patient’s perspective is that it is very gentle and thus great for patients of all ages.
